Getting Started

Dutro is available at dutro.dutientlabs.ai — this is the production endpoint. There's no local or self-hosted installation at this time; everyone accesses the same hosted app.

Creating your account

From the login page, register with your email and a password. You'll be sent a one-time password (OTP) to verify your email address — enter it to confirm and complete registration, then sign in as usual with your email and password.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your organization uses SSO, contact product@dutient.ai to have it enabled for your organization. Once it's enabled:

  1. Go to the login page and choose Continue with SSO.
  2. Enter your organization.
  3. Authenticate through your identity provider as usual.

Logging in this way creates your Dutro user account automatically — you don't need to register separately.

Registering or logging in via SSO only creates a bare user account

Neither the email/OTP flow nor SSO gives you a role or assigns you to a company or project on its own. After you've created your account, contact your Dutient admin (product@dutient.ai) — or the consultant assigned to your organization — to get added to the right company with the right role. Until that happens, you won't see any compliance data.
